Located alongside the Dead Horse Creek in southern Manitoba, nestled amidst the typical farm setting, Marcus found his inspiration.
In 2016, he introduced an apple press to the farm, and before long, the farm began bottling freshly pressed juice. However, faced with the challenge of preserving perishable juice, Marcus recognized an additional opportunity.
Driven by the resources readily available, he embarked on a journey of learning and innovation to develop a sustainable apple juice product.
