Wildman Ricing
The wild rice in Northern Manitoba grows naturally in pristine lakes and rivers, benefitting from the region's long warm summer days.
The cultivation process by Wildman Ricing is free from pesticides or fertilizers, and the rice is organically certified by the Organic Producers Association of Manitoba (OPAM).
In addition to the wild rice, the company also offers dehydrated soup mixes that have been available for over five years. These soups combine a variety of vegetables, beans, barley, as well as the company's own wild rice and wild rice pasta.
