Ecoideas Brown Rice Pancake Mix is a quick way to have a delicious hot breakfast that is also nutritious. Brown Rice Pancakes are a high source of fibre and an excellent source of phosphorus. They are high in to tolate (vitamin B9) and magnesium. They are also considered a source of calcium, iron, zinc, thiamin (vitamin B1) and niacin (vitamin B3).
Nutritious, tasty and easy to make great reasons to enjoy a hot pancake breakfast!

How to Use: Yields 2 pancakes (4" each). In a bowl add 1/3 cup of mix with 1/3 cup of cold water, whisk gently until smooth. Pour batter in 2 portions into a hot nonstick pan. Cook pancakes 1-2 minutes turn gently (top is still moist) and cook 1-2 minutes or until brown. Serve hot with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
