Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ is a premium triple fermented food beverage that is designed to support a healthy gastrointestinal tract by providing beneficial microbes. It is believed that maintaining a balanced micro-flora in the gut, also known as a healthy microbiome, can have various benefits such as promoting regularity, improving nutrient absorption, and aiding digestion.

The formulation of Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ includes an artisan blend of herbs, organic black strap molasses, and a recipe developed by probiotic pioneers over the last 20 years. The product contains 10 complementary probiotic strains carefully chosen to provide a broad-spectrum and varied benefit. Some of these strains include Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium, and more.

Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ is known for its beautifully unique taste, resulting from the complex flavors derived from the ingredients and the hand-crafted brewing process. It is often described as tangy and reminiscent of unsweetened apple cider, with a delightful molasses aftertaste. It's important to note that the sugars in the molasses have been fermented during the brewing process, resulting in a product with 0 grams of sugar.

As the triple-fermentation of Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ occurs over the course of about one month, the bacteria consume virtually all the food given to them. This means that in the final fermented product there are only very trace amounts of these 20 beneficial herbs: Angelica (angelica archangelica), Anise (pimpinella anisum), Basil (ocimum basilicum), Chamomile (matricaria recutita), Chervil (anthriscus cerefolium), Dill (anethum graveolens), Elderberry (sambucus nigra), Fennel (foeniculum vulgare), Fenugreek (trigonella foenum-graecum), Ginger Root (zingiber officinale), Juniper (juniperus communis), Liquorice Root (glycyrrhiza glabra), Nettle (urtica dioica), Oregano (origanum vulgare), Parsley (petroselinum crispum), Peppermint (mentha piperita), Rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis), Sage (salvia officinalis), Thyme (thymus vulgaris) Beet root, Stevia Extract.


This is understood that bacteria are alive and should be treated with respect so a  a slow triple fermenation process is created to ensure these friendly bacteria are designed for maximum bioavailability once consumed.


Drink it Cold and Refrigerate Upon Opening

After opening, Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ needs to be stored in a dark and cool place below 8°C so in a fridge is best. Sediment can form at the bottom of the bottle so it’s fine to shake it gently before consuming. For the best drinking experience have it really cold! And for best quality try to finish the bottle within about a month of opening.


Shelf-Stable As It’s Naturally Preserved

Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ is naturally preserved as we let the triple-fermentation process continue until the pH level of the drink is low enough to reduce microbial activity (that is, the probiotics go dormant). Still, excessive heat can cause the bacteria to kick off another fermentation process which can create some CO2 in the bottle. That’s why we recommend before opening, Innotech Liquid Fermented Probiotic™ should be kept in a dark place (avoid sunlight) at a constant temperature preferably below 21°C. Also, it can be stored for a period of at least 12 months after production (see best before date on bottle) though.
